Compassionate, Personalized Therapy in New York

EXPERIENCE

With a PhD in Clinical Social Work, a Master’s in Social Work, and a decade of experience, I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate grief, loss, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. My background in oncology social work, psychotherapy, and mental health research allows me to integrate evidence-based approaches to support clients in processing emotions, building resilience, and developing effective coping strategies.

HOW I CAN HELP

Navigating grief and loss can be an incredibly personal and challenging journey. Whether you are coping with the passing of a loved one, the end of a significant relationship, or another major life transition, I provide a compassionate and supportive space to process emotions and find healing.

In addition, I specialize in working with adults, young adults, children, and adolescents facing anxiety disorders, relationship issues, and life transitions. My experience extends to individuals and couples seeking guidance in strengthening connections, improving communication, and overcoming emotional challenges.

As a fluent Hebrew speaker and a Modern Orthodox Jewish therapist, I understand the cultural, religious, and familial dynamics that shape personal experiences. I provide culturally sensitive therapy for members of the Jewish community, offering a space where clients can explore their challenges while feeling understood and supported.

I offer individual therapy and couples therapy to clients throughout New York, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island.
